Help (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

Here's the thing - I have not run the shortcut gta_sa.exe but if you rename for example in gta_sa1.exe the game started quietly and as a consequence also does not start SAMP since SAMP takes IT gta_sa.exe. And the server does not start. Tell me what to do how many times the head broke and nothing..
