Graphics creepy blinking (The Hunter: Call of the Wild)

installed the game yesterday, all by itself just fine without brakes, but count Margaret terribly. shadow blink from Gareyev in the ground and glare from sunlight. voice counts tried. please tell me how to get rid of. comp is powerful enough, resident evil 7 was on medium without any problems
