Xur agent of the nine for PC (Destiny 2)

On the consoles every Friday until Tuesday on one of the planets appears dealer exotic Xur. That's actually the question - if this guy is on PC and if Yes then how to find it ?

I can say - it appears at the same places as on the consoles?
