for sujecki no, but for online-Yes, Season Pass (season pass) entitles you to download all the add-ons exclusively for multiplayer.

SP does not provide content for the story campaign. SP usually gives access to the 16 multiplayer maps+4 maps for the zombie mode+extra bonus currency
