Question for videokarte Nvidia Geforce GT730

Generally a question why my video card, the stated amount of memory 2GB , and writes that used 4GB and available 8GB tell me is it possible to use those 4GB memory?

It seems that you have a video card with 4GB
the system can pull more from operativki if the native will not be enough. When will the RAM will pull out of the swap file. Did you manually is not functioning, they are activated automatically.
In GPU-Z look to clarify the amount of video memory, I don't trust these programs.
This graphics card with 2GB ceiling enough rest it will not be able to implement
