V-syns is behaving strangely (Call of Duty: WWII)

When you enable vertical sync fps is somehow strange jumps. That is, the game runs in 60 fps, but sags to exactly 30 in demanding areas like Locke is. If you turn log in the game goes everything is fine, 50-60 fps.
