There are several options how to restore a save, really helped this very small number of people. However, the first method, go to the folder with the saves there will be two files and both through the properties select the tab previous version. If there is a point file to restore, you can choose the system restore (provided the included system restore). The second option, start a new game deleting the old save pre-disable syncing of savegames in Uplay, wait for the first AutoSave and exit the game. Same issue with endless loading.
After studying the official forum I found out that the problem is widespread and not only on the PC.

IF you have BEEN PRE-enabled windows recovery and disabled the sync in the cloud.
