Help problem with the game (Call of Duty)

Call of Duty WWII game. Before recommends start in safe mode, as the previous installation ended correctly(still stuck, I rebooted the computer) then when the game starts writes that the game is not responding and asks to close the game. The game closes and again again again this error. Tried removed and put steam and the GRU, the video card changed to a different drive and overwrite all the same: Before it recommends to start in safe mode, as the previous installation has not completed correctly..................
