Do not run the game (Syrian Warfare)

All kind time of day! There is a problem with running the game, tried to reinstall the game, updated Microsoft Visual C++, but to no avail. Maybe someone knows how to solve the problem?

Yes, the same hat coming out! That only did not do! On an ancient laptop (Win 10) run on a fresh PC( Win 10 7700к+1080ти t,d) doesn't want exactly the same error ! Looks like the developers on the calculator did
