Can't play online after buying gold((

I bought a Gold trial 14 days. Game to download can free status of gold. But when trying to play games I suggest to buy the gold status. Although the menu shows that even 18.11.17 I have it.
Games like don't see it. Also in the account setup when trying to check the status of your subscriptions at once throws on buying anything without checking((

I was in Ukraine. I thought maybe a region, then after the VPN has replaced them in Russia. And besides, I have one game was a trial and I have no problem with 2 days played on it...

Maybe someone knows what could be the reason?(( A day to kill.
