And will start the game at all with such configui? 8 GB of RAM DDR3 1333! on what settings can I expect? medium-high pull?

No, put of course you can, just to be sure. But what's the point? AC:O requires CPU with SSE 4.1. There are even more powerful percent bent in the game. At least the Fx should be.
