The range of drawing (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

Noticed drop in fps in cities, and depends on the CPU there performance. There is an idea that will help decrease view distance.
Someone tell me where it is possible to reduce?

on xeon1230v3 everything is OK, and then on to the new generation and rests?

To me the 7500 has helped reduce the surrounding objects" or something from ultra to high. In Alexandria still up to 50-52 FPS sometimes drops. The other settings of the identity on high.
