Wait for the game data (Resident Evil 7)

I really hope someone will help. After the fight with Maia in the attic, a man appears and says welcome to the family. A black screen appears that says : please wait for the game data. Executed the transition to the main menu. Click close and you are in main menu. Beyond that point, the game is not. PS4, the purchase was in Network.
