How to choose bolts for crossbow? (The Evil Within 2)

Guys stupid question of course , but many are already playing, and only just bother with the change of bolts, already all head broke, I can not understand how to choose them. Thanks in advance for the answer. The bolt is electro, powder , freeze and you can not change rode.

Thanks guys, pressing R to change the bolts out for the game forgot to unsubscribe that figured out. She caught me specifically. 've finished it just now. Great game :)
