Roll back the patch (Assassin's Creed: Origins)

Guys, does anyone have the info how to revert everything back? It's just zvizdets. Everything worked so smoothly on the ultra that I could not get enough, and now not only is the drawdown up to 20 frames, and loads in 1.5-2 times longer.
