Texture in the bands (The Saboteur)
Almost all textures in the game appear with some vertical stripes, although the menu is nothing there. It would be possible to get used to it, only when the protagonist takes damage, the entire screen cover in these strips as in this pictureHow to get rid of it?
if the pirates, then download a different Repack. Else in the config(in a text file) in to the shaman, and then in the menu of the game graphics settings is almost there.

In config file to write/change I won't say the game is long gone and demolished, but in General, if you have a license - take the brain maintenance, or try pirates download and zatestit. I have one just as it was with Saint's Row 3: license only run on direct 9, and all the Repack that I have tried, was excellent in any mode.
I looked the config of your comp and it came to mind another option: you're probably 10 - try to run the game in compatibility mode with previous versions of the OS, maybe on some fine work.

If when you first start the game the pirates were not asked to customize the colours and the saves are the same, then try to delete the folder with the saves and settings (don't forget to make a copy) and start a new game. If that doesn't help, then the dig to the settings/wood vidyahi.

Either. I do not think that it is a map of something, as in other games everything is fine

I'm not saying that its a problem in itself. The game could not like some settings set to default values when you install the wood. Is the game very sensitive to the presence of libraries of a certain version, etc.

And what do you do in the end?
Going through the options in search of the cause... The man never wrote off what he tried and what helped him (if it helped).
