Eternal freezes in multiplayer (Battlefield 3)

On any server this problem,the game goes like jerks...In Battlefield 4-1 all works fine,no problem.

The idea in this configuration, the game should not lag...

Fritz due to the CPU. The game in a window run run Manager,open the CPU and run,look up 100% comes?

The problem with the game appeared last year,this year 2 times re-installed Windows 10,so the problem is clearly not a virus
