Now playing another character and not using ArtMoney, I was faced with a similar problem.
Mobs the wanderer, Being at 14th level, kill these mobs with two arrows, and going to 15th level, with the two arrows do not kill, remains the order of 5% HP.
The question is, what can be the reason? the funny thing is that even at 15th level, the wanderer is a mob with skull.
