Error Oops! (Car Mechanic Simulator 2018)

First time start on cheers. Played about 2 hours and left the game. The next day the game launches, but for the main menu black screen and in the background error Oops!. Tried download version from the very first to 1.4, from xatab''qoob a and'a, but the problem is not resolved. What can you recommend ?
