Maybe it's the overclocking (as an option) ? Strongly heated ? MB and CPU is not enough. Same video card, only FX 6300 overclocked to 4.3, medium-high (except shadows, they are on low), gives stable under the resolution of 1920 x 1080 34-40 fps

here is the above video, I took off like amoda not optimized and besides you need the volcano Amud update and to disable one of the option about deleting polygons in game settings and can get better...
