Can't start a campaign (Total War: Warhammer 2)

Bought the game on Steam. When you install no problems. The system requirements are met. The game itself starts, but as soon as I choose a faction and click to start the game, after the Intro the game crashes(windows terminates the program).
In this case, custom battles are played freely.
What can you recommend?
