Requirements there are the same as in Assassin's Creed Syndicate and there on full ultra with X4 slaikeu even 1080-I sometimes sinking below 60 so that the requirements are not small.
that is strange ,so it is recommended to be lower than watch of dogs ,although the minimum payout is identical,wanted pereproyti watch dogs ,so there is a problem with optimizacia ,half an hour need to look for the appropriate settings below and the picture and fps were normal ,maybe in origin they advanced in optimization

Yes, go to resolution 800X600. But seriously, even with 1070 the map, I would doubt in a fair 60 fps even in full HD resolution on ultra, especially at the start., moreover, the publisher of soft kill, the more that the game engine Unity.. etc. etc.

Percent you have at least and quite powerful, but all 4 cores, even without gipertredinga, and the map will speak directly - rather weak, and dream about ultra in 2017 it - is silly.
Play 50 fps on medium-high at best and you're done - there's a great world, cool detailing and graphics, many objects, events, and you want ultra, no offense - but no.
