Not going to get achievements in offline mode (The Walking Dead: The Game)

Faced with this problem, but I suppose that after entering the game with the Internet they can open(but this is purely what I think, and so this is unlikely to happen). The second method is a bit more complicated, but more real, you have to download the program SteamAchievementManager the latest version(like 6.3), select the game from the list and open all the achievements that need.
PS the Program can download both from the official site and playground, because somewhere I saw a thread with this program.
