Yes anywhere actually, in any dark corner or a Lycan sitting, or Nocera. One Lycan definitely is in the valley of the rogue, near the place where you are somewhat separable of elbow. Side by the way there is another Alba and Lycan wanders in the middle.

Between camp heart of peace and the domed city left on the map between the rocks of the narrow trail is available. There at the end of a Lycan sitting.
