On what basis disappear the corpses of NPCs ? (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Here in my rat hole for a very long time lie dead, and in the barrow near Riverwood, but almost all the rest of the barrows NPCs respawn and the chests are replenished, etc. and some places still remain. I do not understand how it all works

The so-called individual bodies does not disappear since these NPCs appear in the game only once and others can not be replaced . In Rat hole , if you kill all the NPCs , others will not appear .
