Teleports (Elex)

In version 1.0 the map displays all non-activated teleporters.And version 1.1 is why it is not displayed.As it should be?

Inactive teleporters in General should initially be displayed only after taking the perk traveler, if you had it without perk - definitely a bug. And Yes, as it should be.
