For this there are Rewards Unlocker,but we may have to start a new game ( did not understand,because to me these suits are not necessary ) Here is a description :
The СпойлерUnpack and copy the content of:
- REWARDS dir to your savesdir %SystemDrive%\ Users\Public\ Documents\ uPlay\CODEPUNKS\Saves\SouthParkTFBW
It will add the rewards to your 10th save slot so if you already have one, backup yours first.
How does it work: load the save, once you got your smartphone app you can select the Uplaycostumes

Value in them whatsoever, that the robe of the priest will be carbon :D
