After the help with the collar, found the dog in the churchyard,he said the Central memorial smells like fish.Now runs around and barks.How to close a quest?
Maybe he's somewhere else will run?

The dog is kind of like calling the place a cache of your past master. If I can find him, then the quest will be completed.
