CME, a Gun in a Warzone (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

Good day! Please tell me:
1) is it Possible to configure the default gun in Warzone (which is jump)?
2) Perk CMO, the weapon increases damage to enemy or it increases the damage on the equipment and something else, but not to increase damage to the carcass?
