Question about the optimization (For Honor)

Knowing people, prompt who in course. The computer core i5 3450 3.1 Ghz, Gtx 1060 6 GB, 8 GB RAM. The game in General is going well over 60 FPS depending on the map. But, on some maps, the FPS gets below 60. Often to 55-50, which is not critical, but the game network is not very nice. If the fierce kneading, and 45 may fall. On some maps drops to a maximum of 58-57, and in other cases worse. Changed graphics settings-to no avail. Maybe the iron does not pull? Or is it a feature of servers, they and I'm not the only one?

Maybe the CPU can't cope with calculations of a large number of opponents. You can try to turn off the overlay in uPlay and display (while playing) data monitoring of all system components other software (e.g. MSI Afterburner) - then we will see what is loaded most of all in difficult moments. CPU usage is better to watch, both General and on individual cores / threads.
Something like this:

If the graphics card most of the time loaded to ~100% and CPU is not loaded the same can be the case with the load on the servers - now a lot of people sit at home and play, of course she grew up. When uPlay preostanovlena, pictures games in library material (and some other data) is not immediately appear, although the games themselves not a lot, started not so long ago, before such was not (the speed at the rate the provider has not changed).
