Guns the Dwemer (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

There are two questions:
1. Laura on the game, the Dwemer can be a firearm or type? I have never found, but surely such an advanced race are unable to reach certain analogues powder guns and a wide variety of left not on the same Imperials?
2. Is there a mod that adds this weapon? I have found the normal re texture of onions under the machines, I'm not interested, I'm interested in based on the technology of the Dwemer full steam gun (steampunk). And even if there is such a mod, how hard it will be to break out of Laura?

Have Dwemer technology closer to steampunk. Is quite realistic to see a stationary balisty and other large guns interspersed with local magic.

If it is a weapon not breaking the balance of the original game then why not?
