1st what's your video card video card must support vulkan api, the old vidyahi gtx series fermi architecture do not support vulkan api, and they do not produce new wood, if you have AMD some of them I do not understand.
2nd if still more modern video card, then renew the wood, as in Stryn the game asks to update them to the latest.

No support for your vulkan api, there is nothing to help you, especially your type of see-off from a laptop without a full name for example at least should be called Intel (R) HD Graphics 515 or Intel (R) HD Graphics 630 these seenach from the percent support vulkan api.
P.S. Here's a table of all supported and unsupilated by Intel (R) HD Graphics since your see-it-all list isn't and won't be like NVIDIA like AMD, which will never support Vulkan api.
