Trouble connecting PS4 through HDMI-DVI cord.

Hello, I fell into the hands of the PS4 but since the monitor no HDMI, you have to be interrupted HDMI - to-DVI cord. The problem is that when connecting through this Curling cord, see monitor connected to a cable, but does not display the picture, I get a signal with no picture when turning it on, and then the monitor enters standby mode. HDCP is disabled, the resolution and the monitor is 1080p. Nothing could be sin for a faulty wire, but other things like TV set-top box and the laptop are connected. Also if you turn the PS on the TV with the HDMI in both directions (no matter directly connected or enable, disable the monitor does not host the picture and plug a TV) and then plug back the monitor, then everything works fine, even if it is off and on, but after disconnecting the power from the outlet everything is going down the drain and again no pictures. Do not disconnect from the network, can not in any way, as the houses have no devices with HDMI but if at friends, the Curling iron to carry the same need to get home. I hope you can help, a week I suffer with this already :)
