Helmet +7 BO (Diablo 2)

Wanted to ask, is whether helmet +7 to Battle Orders?

I mean ramy helmet +2barb skill +2Warcries skill tab + 3bo?

Anyway, a General question, are there any things at once with +2 to all skill kako or Persian and +2 to any branch?

Amulets, Circlet, anything?

I have never met, not counting the unique, of course.
The arreat says that can be up to 3 prefixes, but from different groups. As far as I understand, +all skill and +skilltab - this is a different group..

Am I right?

Does not happen.
On iteme can genericise either + to skills, character or + to the branch. Both cannot (the uniques and sets don't count OFC)

3wc 3bo+++ (+ for other skills) this is what you max can expect in the game, at some coincidence of circumstances ( a good drop, the presence of runes )
