Lags the game for 5 speed (Europa Universalis 4)

Help! I have a top PC, but I went to EU4 and was amazed at the friezes. Start the party. Pause a lot so far. Put on speed 3 - like norms. 4 -THERE is MICROFREEZE WHEN you MOVE the CARD. 5 - hard stupid. Tell me what to do?
