Mod in Oasis Landing. (The Sims 3)

I love the futuristic, and, therefore, the addition of the Forward into the future has become my main. I wanted to start at once in Oasis Landing, and stumbled upon this mod:

Question for the experts: would it be possible to move to the city from the past, to make (Anti)Utopia and move again? Don't want maracide with the quest from the traveler)
