English fashion in the Russian localization of the game. (Stellaris)

Question to the modders themselves, or to those who though something understands in the software part of the game.

How to make modules, components, and so on. mods which do not have Russian localization autopoiesis not YA_ZLOBNOE_NEPONYATNO_4TO_IZU4I_MENYA_SKOREE and New technology (of course this is just an example, I don't need to be that is).

You need to make a localization file. In the fashion the localisation folder - where the files english.yml (do not remember exactly). Pulling it out, and rename in the file where the first line as well english to English change.
