Question on setting up Windows. (Diablo 2)

In the game as you know involved the hotkeys for skills in particular must have this Alt of shift and what's next. Alt+shift language change, ald+d also some combination, need to do so that pressing a key refers only to the d2 window, it need to not change the layout, and didn't run the script (alt+d). What would you recommend?

alt-shift is generally a bad option to change the language (interfere not only in D2), it is better to ctrl-shift to change
specifically what you're asking is hardly possible without much effort
