Only Leaders can be elected this time
Immortality falls in the randomized conditions, as actually everything in the cover is two.
A little note, as I played I was able to make immortal only one leader of the three, more of a way to make someone immortal, I did not drop out. And yet, it may happen that the chance of becoming immortal what does a leader need to be low (I was average, I was lucky).
