Avast has detected pirate Singularity Win32MalwareGen (Singularity)

I have 64-bit Windows 7. Five months ago I bought a CD with pirated Singularity, set. Today I started launching the game and Avast throws it in quarantine under the pretext that it is Win32MalwareGen. If this dangerous virus for 64-bit systems? And why avast detected this virus only now, if five months I played this game normal?
