Problems with the game (Dungeons 3)

When the game starts loading with the picture of the battle. Then a menu appears,but the video in the background is not. Opened settings, I thought there is something in the graphics settings,but nets. There is only a full screen and permission. Clicked back ,went to the start menu,but now in the background hung still and the settings window. When starting a campaign is the Intro's okay,but when it should go seen because of the game itself(gempleynyh) and when we are given control again picture download. Driver all-new, the computer is suitable in all respects.
