command block, commands and server (Minecraft)

I had a problem. I created a server and it is, the CB(command blocks), once you correct the false to true in the desired row and they are well earned BUT I can't edit them content as well as in principle to register any of the team(most likely friends also have to write something in the console and KB).
I hope, clearly explained.
