Problem with textures (Payday 2)

Hello! I'm about six months played in PD 2, then took a break for a couple of months and recently went in the game and in the menu on the screen why is something like white drops. In the game textures are not progruzhat, that is, they are white, once upon fhade in the Heist was very cartoonish. Game reinstalled, the cache is checked. Looked in the Internet and on the form any clear answers not found. Please help!
