Transitions between areas (Middle-earth: Shadow of War)

I'm somewhere in the beginning of the game, the second act, the third location - Murnane. Any strongholds yet did not take. Question is - can I go back to the previous location (the name will probably confuse Minas-ITIL, Kara-Ungol or something like that)??? The fact that I'm alienated by mouse wheel or a minus, leave Nurney on the General map, move to the first or second location, a little bit closer and all. Full zoom in on local map does not occur. Like it was possible earlier, but I'm not sure. As it should be? We can so the plot should be? Or is it a bug?
