Problems logging in to your account

Today I found out that you can't enter the ACC. Entered the CORRECT password and the account name, but the system reported error. I checked through mail.ru but today it turned out that my Inbox is completely clean there is NOT a SINGLE LETTER! and letters there were many. Maybe it's related?
