Hotkeys (The Evil Within 2)

not working hotkeys.reached the third Chapter.weapons were accumulated normally.and can only shoot from a real gun.from the inventory the weapon is not transferred to the hot keys.when you press the middle mouse button displays an empty diamonds.how to fill out their inventory items?please tell me
