change of characteristics in the game (Divinity: Original Sin 2)

Need help. I got to the ship, and I propose to redistribute the characteristics of my character. But it does not give the possibility to modify the studied spells,which, apparently, you need to buy and learn anew. That is, the new character will be able at best cheerfully to automaticity. What's the point anyway? Is there any way to share spells with party members?
