High resolution textures, 4K video and Benchmark (Middle-earth: Shadow of War)

The people explain please, I downloaded the Repack from hatab, where it says: - Cut texture high-resolution 4K video and Benchmark, but in the game they are, you can select ultra settings!!! and there are separate Middle-earth: Shadow of War [High Resolution Texture Pack]. So all the same in the Repack from hatab not cut high resolution textures???

actually no, can someone handles added) but in the original no Repack, size, look, 4K video and texture weigh about 30 GB in total repak would be somewhere 65-70 was)

why do you need dynamic resolution? Put 240, like 800x600, and disable, everything is fine.
