How to open the third suit for years? (The Evil Within 2)

After beating the game was open 2 of a suit (professional and classic) on the third still hangs in the castle.
Just curious why the need for items found during the course of the game, namely, mask, mug, figurine Shapovalova Cup. And I'm curious what happened with Joseph, I may have missed or listened to.
