Crashes (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Vssem hi. Bought the game the incentive. Set. I go in game, create a profile. Loaded the game and immediately crashes. When you download the picture is written in red letters something about Scandinavia. I don't understand, I paid 600 rubles, but in order to play I have to pay another 700 R for Scandinavia to play? Help pliz

if there were pirates from Scandinavia, the litsuha without it will not start, start a new profile!!! at me such was when I after a Harsh Russia tried to launch the game, and Scandinavia and France are not connected!!!
